New Trailer: Avatar – 3D Revolution or Gimmick?
James Cameron’s first movie since Titanic, Avatar is set to be released December 19, 2009. The movie will feature state-of-the-art 3D technology that many industry experts believe will change the way movies are filmed. Avatar stars Sam Worthington and Sigourney Weaver.

What did you think of the Avatar trailer?
I don’t think 3D is a gimmick its Hollywoods answer th piracy, you cant film a 3D movie with a regular camera
That’s a really good point you’ve got there, but there are two things to consider:
1.) Some people will still watch it without TV (the same type of people who will watch a pirated movie).
2.) 3D will still be a relatively new technology and its impact on piracy will be minimal
