Guy Movie Review is a site for the guys out there, focusing on only the movies that entertain and inspire us the most. Girls are welcome too of course. A ‘guy movie,’ in our sense of the word, is one loaded with needless action, over-the-top humor, witty dialogue, tons of unnecessary flashbacks, slow-motion sequences, and sometimes, ostentatious displays of attractive women.

A guy movie can have one of those characteristics, all of them, or none. In fact, just because we cover a certain type of movie doesn’t mean there aren’t qualities in others that don’t appeal to us. Most movie sites these days will overload you with tons of information and updates on seemingly every project shooting everywhere in the world, and actors whose last names you can’t pronounce or spell. That’s not our aim. We sift through the cumbersome and overexposed world of Hollywood films to cover the movies, news and topics you’d actually have an interest in. We might get philosophical from time to time too.
